When going on a vacation or a business trip, you have to know how to pack your luggage quickly and qualitatively. You will have to purchase a comfortable bag. Not huge, but big enough to be able to carry it yourself, unless you hired somebody to carry it for you. Put everything in order listed below and you will see it is pretty easy to avoid extra problems, following some rules.

On the bottom always go shirts first, then dresses (if necessary), then pants. Fold the sleeves of the shirts in towards the torsos. Then fold the shirt in half from the bottom, now you have the minimum size of shirt you can get avoiding extra wrinkles. Place it in your suitcase. Put long dresses in so that the ends hang over the sides. Stack pants and skirts on top of each other and put them on the dresses, then fold the ends of the dresses together so that they cover the pants and the skirts. It helps to save space.

Roll the ties one into another. Stuff the socks into the shoes. You may put your underwear into the side pockets. Arrange the shoes so that the heal of one touches the toe of another. Wrap the pairs of shoes and put them along the edge of your suitcase. Place your toiletries into a plastic bag just in case of the leak. In your carry-on bag put essential toiletries, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup, medicines and other important items. And it is a good thing they all are of a travel size. Try to avoid packing expensive jewelry, keys and other valuable things in your suitcase. Carry them with you.

Do not try to guess what kind of weather it is going to be. You will always be wrong. Just take short and long-sleeved shirts; any warm jacket in case it is chilly outside.

Do not get very disappointed when you see your bag all messed up after checking through. That is what they have to do with your luggage to be sure you are not carrying any bomb supplies. Though, if you pack everything perfectly, there will not be a big screw.
