How Fit Is Your Life?
They say that whatever you focus on expands. While this may not help your waist line, it certainly helps when shaping up your life.
Every once in a while, it is time to do the one thing most of us dread: stand naked in front of the mirror. Gulp! That's right, in order to do this test, you need to be vulnerable.
Now back to the mirror: Take a good look at your life. What do you see? Be honest with yourself. Nobody is perfect and this means we all have room for a little improvement. Is your life really in the shape you'd like it to be in? Are you satisfied with what you see? What would you like to see different?
OK, you can put your clothes back on. It's time to hit the road. Will your relationships pass the endurance test? Are you dependable in the valleys, as well as on the mountain tops? Can you run the race of life and still be true to yourself and others? Are you able to look ahead without getting lost in the past? Look at the destination your life is heading toward. Is it where you want to go?
